clicking noise MUST STOP

how do i turn off the "click" noise whenever i change url's. The problem is
that when the ads change on some pages i go to, my sound is up sometimes and
it gets very annoying...

never mind. FOund out like right after i posted. Control panel system sounds
"Start Navigation" to none. thanks.
