I am trying to insert a clickable check box (so that when you click on it, it
goes from unchecked to checked) but can't find it.

Help! And thanks -

What kind of clickable check box? There are two possibilities - a
macrobutton field - see http://www.gmayor.com/Macrobutton.htm and a
protected form check box. You will find these on the developer tab (not
displayed by default - Word Options > Popular) in the Controls Group >
Legacy Controls pallette. If you plan to do a lot with forms in 2007, you
will find http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/Classic Form Controls.htm useful.
