Click once and change of server

Hey guys

I use CLickOnce for deployment...which i love i should add.

However once you deply and your clients install, thereafter they download
from my site any updates on runnin gthe app.

My question is, if i then change server, as i have....how do i get ppl who
have already got my app installed to on loading up look at my new server
location? Is there a way of doing a final update that tells the rest go to
this other server from now on?

Yes if you run the publish wizard one of the screens called "Where will
the application check for updates?" allows you to specify an alternate
source for the application to check for updates. So you could then
setup the new server and then update the package on the old server to
point to the new server for updates. Once all the clients are patched
you could then close the old server I believe.
