Clearing the check boxes

Hi,
If I want to clear the check boxes in my work sheet and say there are so many of them, how should I do that? If I write a macro by selecting the cells and using the command - "Selection. Clear Contents" it will only clear the text of the cells. But it will not uncheck the checked check boxes. Could anyone tell me how to do this?
