Clearing Move to folder button on Standard toolbar

Hello,

Was wondering on the "Move to Folder button" on the Standard Toolbar when
you left click it, it will show you all the folders you have moved items to
in the past. Can this be cleared? Also, is there a way to delete some of
the addresses saved in the AutoComplete file? Have some old emails that
don't exist any long and want to purge the old one.
