G Gord Dibben Jan 15, 2004 #2 Sammy You can't clear out the pre-defined entries that Excel has as default. The only way I know to clear out the others is to CRTL + A to select all cells on a sheet then paste to a new sheet in a new workbook. The customs won't move with the cells. Don't copy the sheet, otherwise the customs go with. Gord Dibben Excel MVP
