Clearing Filter from 2 subforms

Hey guys.

I cannot remove the filters from 2 subforms with VBA:

me.subform1.form.filteron = false
me.subform1.form.requery
me.subform2.form.filteron = false
me.subform2.form.requery

does not work! somebody help pls!
