Clearing dropdown boxes

I do not want to turn off or not-show autocomplete, which
hides enties. I am trying to find out how to remove
incorrectly typed usernames from web dropdown boxes. I am
sure this is probably stored some where in the registry
for XP (home ed), just have not found where to get rid of
bad entries.

Phil

Double click in the box so the drop down menu appears. Hold your cursor over
the bad entry, do not select it, just hold cursor over it and press the
delete key.
