Clearing data retaining formula

Using Excel 2003, I want to clear the data from a
spreadsheet but retain all formula. How do I do this.
Thanks in advance
 
Hi

(Using XL2000) Select your range and hit F5. From here select Special and
then click on Constants. This should deselect any cells containing formulas.
