Within internet options I know how to navigate to the area where I can clear
the autocomplete forms and passwords, however, the hour glass hangs and the
program is non-responsive when I attempt to clear. I have tried openning new
browsers and restarting my computer; nothing works.

Can anyone help?? Please.

With no programs open,
Run REGEDIT and make your way to this key:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\IntelliForms\SPW]
Export that key (Registry> Export.) If you you wish to undo the change,
doubleclicking on that REG file will restore the original registry key.
Then delete the SPW key.
Restart the computer.

also...you may have a corrupted folder, if the above does not work, then try
the following:

Free History Eraser from
http://smartprotector.com/eraser/free-history-eraser.htm will delete the
History folder and a new one will be created when you restart.

Or the History folder can be deleted manually:
See: How To Delete the Internet Explorer Temporary Internet Files:

If these steps do not resolve your problem, please post back to this thread
with the details and any error messages.

Hope this helps
