clear windows grafic interface

hello to everyone

I've a nice question...is it possible to turn on my windows pc and do not
view the grafic interface of windows2000....I need that when I turn on my
pc on the screen only the grafic interface of my application appear.

As in, you don't want to see the desktop, but run your application in
"kiosk" mode so people can't get to the start menu, etc.?
