Clear Other User's Folder in Outlook 2002

Paul

2 Resources are listed in the MS Knowledge base to clear
other user's folder history. Neither are accurate in
Outlook 2002. Are there other ways to answer the
question for Outlook 2002? Here are the current articles:

OL2000: How to Clear the "Most Recently Used" List of
Folders

XCLN: How to Clear the Open Other Users Folder Most
Recently Used List

Thanks,
Paul

The same registry value should apply to all versions. You just have to
change 9.0 for Outlook 2000 to 10.0 for 2002 or 11.0 for 2003.

Thanks for the quick response! Wow!

Here is what the directions say to locate:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\WIndowsNT\CurrentVers
ion\Windows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles\user_profile\
0a0d020000000000c000000000000046\101e0384

I can get to this point, except do not see 101e0384

That is where I'm having the trouble...

Not a good one, though. I was thinking of a different MRU list. The value
could be 101e0390.
