Does anyone know how to clear my forms data in IE without
having to use the clear forms data button in the IE
preferences dialog box? Is this data stored somewhere on
the file system, or in the registry? Mine has been
running for a half hour now and still has the CPU pegged.

Ron,
This doesn't always work, but...
Try this:
With no programs open,
Run REGEDIT and make your way to this key:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\IntelliForms\SPW]
Export that key (Registry> Export- just in case you wish to undo the
change) then delete it- just the SPW key.
Restart the computer.

I don't know I'd try next except maybe a repair of IE?
