clear form fields on activate

I have a form that I return to periodically in a file I'm working on. It is
a data entry form linked to an append query. (I select an employee in the
form, the populate that employee's record into a temp table.) When I return
to the form though (after I've made the edits and updated the main employee
table), I need the fields in the form to be cleared so I can start my process
again. Does anyone know how I can clear the fields upon activating the form?

Set the Data entry property of the form to Yes.
