Clear categories on mail

Hello, Have had a new client side rule "show up" on a few clients outlook.
We use exchange 2003/outlook 2003 and cannot delete this rule. It says it's
a client only rule and I can't find much info on it. thanks in advance...
 
The rule was created by Outlook 2007. Can you delete it via OWA?

The other thing worth trying is starting Outlook 2003 with the
/cleanclientrules command line switch. Just keep in mind this will delete
all client side rules.
