Cleaning Global Assembly Cache.

I have some references in my GAC which cannot be removed
using Gacutil or the Microsoft .NET framework.
On delete it gives this msg
Pending references:
SCHEME: <WINDOWS_INSTALLER> ID: <MSI>
DESCRIPTION : <Windows Installer>

have tried the various uninstall program.
related to Crystal Reports.

although you shouldn't tamper with the gac manually, you may need to in this
case. Make sure you turn iis, studio etc before deleting. If you aren't
technical saavy, i suggest you live it alone because it won't bug you, but
may cause more problems if you manually delete it.
