Clean Office XP instalation

Due to my lapse I delete some files from Windows/Installer folder and now I
can not update and/or uninstall Office XP on my WXP system. What can I do?

Reinstall Office XP over the top of the old version, then uninstall it
through Add/Remove Programs and then reinstall it fresh.

Run Office setup and do a repair install. It will bring you back to the way
the initial install was.

I made it so, however it did not help. Office is still here and everytime I
start Word there is setup again ...
