Clean Booting

I have contracted a bug that changes my home page to
something different every time I reboot. I followed the
recommendation of MS #320159 and #310353 to find where
the culprit is. Problem: The file does not exist as
stated in the startup file (MSupdater.exe is supposed to
be in /All Users/start menu/programs/startup/). Help as
I want to delete the file or change the contents.

Furthermore, if you are able to change the home page then,
make the desired website as your home page or click the
about:blank button for a blank home page and then,
download a tiny patch to lock your home page:
