Classroom assignment

In trouble in designing an Access Database assigning classrooms in a school
of a university. This template is nice

But I do not know how to design a field for classroom. The field should be
able to detect any conflict for using the same classroom at the same time or
for other reasons.
Please help me, I am a novice.
