I'm getting Error: A runtime error has occurred. Do you wish to debug? Line 297. Error: Class not registered. (This is happening when opening Outlook, and the debug stops at line 297.)

bummer - is there a question in there? What Outlook version and mail type/connection type/account type and when does this happen (e.g., Outlook opens and tries to get mail or it just opens, or it just tries to open?)

Presumably you meant to ask a question, like how to eliminate this
error. Not wise to assume we know what you meant to ask from a
declaration.

Have you tried starting Outlook in its safe mode ("outlook.exe /safe")?

Have you tried running its Detect and Repair (under the Help menu)?

What have you done so far to isolate or eliminate the problem?
