Hi all,

Everytime I want to open Zommbrowser I get the message "class not
registerd".
I have uninstaledl and reinstelled Zoombrowser to no avail. Sombody
sugested that "regsvr32quartz.dll" was not correctly registerd. But
this dll is not on my PC!
Will appreciate any help.
Thank you
Gabriel

Are you sure it's not on your system? If you have not changed settings in
Folder Options, you would not see it as it is a system file that is
normally hidden. To check for the file (should be in the Windows\system32\
folder): Change settings in Folder Options> View to see them. Move the
radio dot from "do not show to show" for hidden files. And uncheck the box
next "hide protected operating system files."

To use the regsvr32 command, you have the spelling right but be sure to
place a space between regsvr32 and quartz.dll

Also, have you checked with Canon (if you received this bundled with one of
their products) for an update on this software? Sometimes software that
worked a few years ago, doesn't work so well after a few service packs and
Windows updates. Patches are released to keep the programs compatible with
the operating system.

Sharon,

Thank you and sorry. You were right (and it is not the first time I get
caught) I did not put a space!
It seems regsvr32 worked OK
Regards
Gabriel

You're most welcome and no need to be sorry!
