Class not registered: ComException CF2.0

Hi to every one..
i've this problem...i'm using VS2005, CF2.0 and c#. When i'm trying to use my application compilend under:
Storage card\programs\MyApp...an error occured when try to istance an ocx wrapped in a c# class: Class not registered: ComException.

instead, when i'm tring to run this app under : Storage card\myApp, this run OK...

Why?? How is possible?
