Hello,
My IE6SP1 used to be able to display web pages that contained
CJK languages in UTF-8 encoding without having to install fonts
apart from the ones WinXPSP1 and MS Office provide when installed
with default options.
A website of mine (http://www.lorem-ipsum.info/generator3) relies on that
to be usable for any visitor without extra installs/downloads.
Up to now the site worked well with all major browsers and OSes.
After updating WinXP to SP2 CJK is not supported anymore on my IE6SP2,
does anybody know why?
I know that installing extra fonts would help *me*,
but it wouldn't be a solution to the problem mentioned above.
