Citrix connectivity issue

Hi Group,

I have a remote citrix server .
I am connecting to it via ICA Client.
I am facing a very strange problem.When i try to connect
from laptop to citrix server i am unable to do so whether
it be XP proff or Xp home.
The output is the same(no connection).
Whereas i am able to connect from windows 2000
professional without any problems.
I am also able to connect from desktop machines having XP
proff or Xp home without any problems.

Please help.

Probably best to go to Citrix's support web site and search for problem
reports and answers associated with their client on XP ...

Check the configuration on the laptops...we have many remote users
with XP Pro connecting to our Citrix Server daily.

Just a thought...
