The CPU on my Windows XP Professional OS computer (Dell
8250) suddenly began to idle at a CPU usage of 60 - 70% a
few days ago. In the task manager, a process called
cisvc.exe seems to be the culprit. When I terminate the
process, the CUP usage drops back to 0. Anyone have any
thoughts on what could be causing the problem?
