cisv.exe - what is it good for?

hello,
i have already insatlled sp2 and simce noticed that my cpu is 100
% busy with cisv.exe. when i disable it, the cpu drops to 12%. as before,
and no harm seems to be done.
do i need cisv.exe?

Go Start-> Run-> "msconfig" and go to the startup tab. If it's there, deselect
the cisv.exe program so that it won't load automatically. Otherwise it might be
under Services.
