Cinemaster nt 4.0 driver service error

I have the following error message and can not seem to fix
it. It causes my system to crash and constantly reboot.
PLEASE HELP! error message: The software cinemaster nt 4.0
Driver service failed to start due to the following error.
The system cannot find the file specified.
 
What is this software? Is it something you installed and then removed? This
isn't a native Windows service.
