CiceroUiWndFrame

I have a computer that freezes whenever I try to reply to all. It will just
sit there and do nothing so I go to the task manager and tell it to end
program. I then get a window that CiceroUiWndFrame is not responding. If I
tell it to end now, it takes me out of Outlook completely. I'm curious as to
why it would be freezing in the first place. Anyone with suggestions?
