Choosing email account to send from office 2000

'Hi, I use Outlook 2000 with 2 email accounts. I can receive emails to both
accounts fine. But can't select which email account to send an email from?
Until recently I used Outlook Express 6 which gave me the 'from' option in
create message. But in Outlook the only choice is my default - there is no
'Accounts' icon or option in tools either.

You failed to give an accurate account of your version.
Outlook 2000 existed in 2 completely different modes.
If you are using Corp/Workgroup mode, it doesn't support that feature since
the MAPI spooler subsystem doesn't have support for that kind of choice. The
MAPI spooler simply follows its delivery order (it wasn't designed with
multiple transports of the same type in mind).
