"CHOOSE PROFILE"

Hello

My operating system is Window XP. I am having a problem
emailing files from the "my documents" on the startup
menu. Everytime I try to email a file the "CHOOSE
PROFILE" box pops up. I don't know what this means! But I
can go to the net and just type an email and it works
fine. I can not send files!

PLEASE HELP!!!!! HOW DO I CHOOSE A PROFILE? PLEASE HELP!!!
