"Choose a network connection" message pops up when connected

I recently installed a wireless network between my 2 computers. Everything
works fine and this computer (Windows XP Home sp2) connects to the internet
when I log on. However, every time I go to a different web page I get a
dialog box asking me to Choose a Network Connection with the dropdown menu
showing my different connections (Broadband, dialup, Verizon, etc.). I am
already connected, how do I stop this dialog box from popping up?

Check the settings in Internet Explorer at Tools, Internet
options, Connections. If you have a permanent Internet
connection, you may want to tell IE not to dial any connection.
