chnge email program in word 2000

when i try to send a document from word 2000 it by default opens Outlook Express how do ichange it to Outlook
 
If Internet Explorer is your browser, this is how you change from Outlook
Express to Outlook re e-mail sent from Word:
Open Internet Explorer
Click Tools
Click Internet Options
Select the Programs tab
In the Internet programs area, re E-mail select Outlook from the pulldown
list
Click Apply
Click OK
Close Internet Explorer
Start Word again -- Outlook will now be used to send e-mail
