CHMOD GUI for Windows

I'm looking for freeware that can change the CHMOD on the server. I can
do this with my FTP program (UltraFXP).

But, i need more functions (FlashFXP has it, but is Shareware): set
CHMOD settings separate for files & folders, also subdirs!

I like Smartftp (download the beta!!) free for non-commercial use
(don't mind of the "unregistered" label)
