I am working on Windows 2000 Professional. I would like to create a CHM file
for my application. Need I use HTML Help Control to create a CHM file? If
yes, from where can I download it? Please note that I am very raw in this
field.

As a minimum, you'll need Microsoft's free HTML Help Workshop, which
is available from the URL I mention in the page above. I'd
particularly recommend that you get Char James-Tanny's tutorial on
HTML Help Workshop, which should make using the program a little
easier.
