Chinese XP Pro Conversion

i am living in Beijing,China and recently bought a new
desktop system here in China. My problem is that this new
computer uses Chinese Windows XP Pro. Is there anyway
short of installing Windows XP Pro English version to get
Windows XP Pro to convert to English. i tried installing
an english Office XP Pro but still get everything in
Chinese. This new computer has a 3 partition 60 Gig HDD
with only C: drive (20Gig) being used by the XP Pro OS. If
I install another Windows XP Pro English version on the D:
(20 gig Partition) will the English XP Pro find all the
correct hardware? The computer with Chinese XP Pro is
usable now but nerve racking.
