chinese interface to english interface

I have Chinese WinXP SP2 Installed in my PC
how can I change it to a english interface?
eg... with english (file, edit, option, help, etc...)

Unfortunately, the extensive changes you need to accomplish this interface
transition can only be achieved by buying XP in English. MS has set up all
the various language versions as separate products. You can get an OEM copy
of XP Home for under $100 (US).
