Chinese Character

Hi there,
Does anyone know how can I reinstall my chinese character
in my WinXP ? I cant view chinese webpages. I had done
all the necessary setting in Regional and Language
option. So setting wise no problem, probably is the
language option corrupted .

You might try the following and see if it helps:
