Hi Darshan,

- You can find ADSIEDIT in the Windows 2000 support tools
- On your 2000 CD -> browse to support -> tools -> setup.exe -> typical
install
- after installation, go to start -> run -> type "adsiedit.msc" (without
quotes)
- alternatively you could go to Start -> Program -> Windows 2000 support
tools -> Tools -> Adsiedit

Hi
From where i shall get Adsi edit, checked out with technet but could not
find, i want to delete My Child DC
which i had demoted but still its's entries exist under my parent DC. Tried
deleting the entry using metadata but i receive the following error.
metadata cleanup: remove selected domain
DsRemoveDsDomainW error 0x20ab(The cross reference for the specified naming
cont
ext could not be found.)
Please help me out to remove the Demoted Child DC.

Hi
From where i shall get the latest updated version of Adsi edit. can i
remove the domain trust of the non-existent domain, as all relative entries,
please help me on how to delete, because it should not affect my Parent DC.
i think i have to install adsiedit on my Parent Dc which hold the all FSMO
Roles.
