When a certain number comes up in excel worksheet like 1 under header 2 and 1
under header 3 it will change a certain color.l

Lea, you should post your question in an Excel newsgroup. This
newsgroup is for a different program, Microsoft Access. Please scroll
down the list of subjects and find one for Excel.

YOu'ld do this using Conditional Formatting in Access, but I'm not
certain how that works in Excel.
