Checking data in consecutive rows and returning a value

want to copy a formula from Excel file into Access. In Excel, the formula
looks like this:
=IF(AND(Ab4=Ab5,Ad4=Ad5),"Piggyback","Standalone")

How can I check data in consecutive rows and return the data accordingly in
Access. Thanks.
