Checkboxes (Yes/No) in a table

Dear Sirs
I have a checkbox (Yes/No) in my table to transfer the selected records.
Is it possible to block the checkbox somehow after it was used once so that
the records cannot get transferred twice or even more times?
If yes, how. Something like: If checked than useless
Thanks in advance

You don't mention to where the records are being transferred.

If you are copying records from one Access table to another, you might not
need to.

If you are copying records from within Access to some other software/format,
it could make a difference in answering your "how do I" question...

Hi Jeff
I need to transfer the records to another table. I know, we should'nt
transfer from one table to another but I had no other chance. The hole
program is working now, just ,if I mark the checkbox it can happen that I
forget to unmark it afterwards. So if I want to transfer a new record the
already checked (and already transferred record) will be transferred again.
Therefore I would like to enable the checkbox which I used once.
Any idea to help me?

So, you're saying "I know I shouldn't, but please help me do it anyway..."?

?!They might take my union card away?!

Instead of trying to prevent the send, consider preventing the receiving.
If you place a unique index on the receiving table for those fields that
would be duplicated if you tried to send a second copy of the same record,
Access will reject it from being added.
