I'm hoping to come up with a form that will allow a user to use a
checkbox to select which guests (from a query-produced list) to
execute an action query on. For instance:
I want a query to give me a list of our current guests. Each day,
most guests will get a bed, breakfast, lunch and dinner. I want to
automate entering those so we don't have to enter all of those for
each guest. However, I want the user to review and check off the
services so that services don't get entered if the guest isn't there
for a meal, bed, etc.
The list could look like:
Last First Bed
Smith John
