Check if Javascript is enabled in Internet Explorer

Is there an easy way to check if Java Script is enabled in the MS Internet
Explorer browser for versions 5.0 and above?

Also, how might I test this?
 
you need to write a sniffer page. in the code behind on render (meta
refresh) or postback, check if the value of Request.QueryString["js"].
