Check For Updates Error

I get the following error message when I go to to Help and Check for Updates
on the Menu

"Visual Sutdio .Net 2003 setup encountered errors while attemptng to
download required files. Check your Web browser cofiguration settings and
connection hardware and then try again." Does anyone have any ideas?

There are no updates for VS.NET 2003 available yet. However, note that a
service pack for .NET Framework 1.1 exists:

That's a bug of VS.NET 2003. Not serious, though, since there is no service
pack for VS.NET 2003 yet, only hotfixes.

The hotfix for that bug is:
