Check Boxes In Excel

I need to hide rows that contain check boxes. Using check boxes from the
Forms toolbar, the option to Move and Size with Cells is grayed out. If I
use the check box from the Control toolbar, you can change the properties to
Move and Size with Cells and hide the row, but you can't check the box like
you can with the Forms check box. Thanks!

Hi,

1. Do one of the following:
• On the View menu, point to Toolbars, and then click Control Toolbox.
The Control Toolbox toolbar appears.
• On The Tools menu, click Customize
a) Click the Toolbars Tab.
b) In the Toolbars list, select the Control Toolbox check box.
The Control Toolbox toolbar appears.
2. Click the Close button in the Control Toolbox toolbar.
3. Click and draw a square in the Excel Sheet
The formula bar displays the following formula:
=EMBED(“Forms.Checkbox.1â€).
4. Right-click the check box button, point to CheckBox object, and then
click Edit.
Now edit the check box field
5. Click the Design Mode button in the Control Toolbox toolbar.
Note: The Design mode button toggles to Exit Design Mode button, after you
select.
6. In the Excel sheet, click the check box to display a tick mark.
7. Click the Exit Design button in the Control Toolbox toolbar
