Check box add in

Hello,

I am trying to make a template in word with a list. I would like to add in a
check box so that anyone can just click on it to add a check mark to indicate
that part has been fulfilled. I'm not sure how to do this.
 
This sounds like a Word question that should be posted to a newsgroup for Word.

If you show the Forms toolbar, it should be on there... where stuff is
in 2007 is anybody's guess. You know MS policy... "if it ain't broke,
move it around. If it is, leave it."
