Cheap Printing

I have an excel sheet with extensive data of varying
categories. In order to make location of like data
easier, I want to color code it, using background and
font colors. I know that I can instruct the printer to
print only in grayscale, but i also want it so that the
the fill is totally ignored. Thanks in advance!

File>Page Setup>Sheet. Checkmark in "Black and White" and/or "Draft Quality"
