Do you actually think reporting spam to a chinese ISP will do any good?

That’s like reporting a robbery to a crook or trying to educate an
illiterate like the infamous Ronnie Vernon Microsoft MVP that there is
a difference in conveying what was written in a magazine article and
what one authors themselves.

A while back, someone posted some Forte Agent filters that were
suppose to block traffic out of Spamchina. I think it was looking for
stuff like ".Ch" in the headers. Problem was a lot a legitimate
traffic got caught in them as well.

When it comes down to is, the only thing keeping Spam alive are people
that support the spammers by buying from them. You know, the same
people you hear crying about "They took my money and didn't send the
Widget" type of thing.

Regards,

But, if it was reported correctly, it will place the spammer onto block
lists. I routinely report them just for that reason except I refuse
anything from China, Korea or Japan plus Brazil.
