chatroom crashes

Whenever I attempt to enter a chat room, IE^ crashes to
deaktop. What can I do to remedy this?

If you have msjave. Disable sun java.
Contol Pannel-Internet Options Advanced Tab
Uncheck Under SUN Use java xxxxx
reboot.

If you don't have msjava. I think someother website may have the
lastest version for msjava. I don't have the link. Microsoft wont.

Also, You might want to clear out your cookies & Temporary Internet
files. Contol Pannel-Internet Options General Tab
Delete
