My client wants a line chart on 2 axes. The problem I am having is 1 line
they want plotted by years, the other quarters. the yearly line does not
show up, I had to put no values in between where the quarters are leaving 4
blank spots. Is it possible to plot ?

Sara,
It is definately possible in Excel, but I have not have a chance to test in
the Powerpoint charting function.
What you need to do is add a Second X Axis, to do this put your second set
of data on a second y axis first. You should then be able to select a 2nd X
axis. This way you can plot two different series types (categories -
quartres, and time series) on one chart.
Hint - once you have the two additional axis scales set, you can hide them
by selecting none on all format options (line, markers etc etc).
Like I said, this works in Excel, please try in PPT charting and tell me if
it work there too.

Hey Glen,
was driving to Montreal last weekend and noticed a "Glen Miller Road"
heading towards Grafton - Didn't realise you had property up this way.
At -30 degrees last weekend the Koloa would be helpful addition.
